Just home grown blackberries, sugar, lemon juice and pectin. This jam is by special request, so we thought we would make a bit more of it so everyone could try some.
There’s no apples in this Jam, but if you like apples with blackberries, why not try Apple and Blackberry Jam
Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberries, Water, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Pectin.
This jam is vegan and gluten free and contains no declarable allergens.
Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within a month.
