Czar is a blue tinged plum introduced by Rivers of Sawbridgeworth. It is a cross between Early Prolific and Prince Englebert, and named for the Russian Czar’s visit to England in 1874.
Ingredients: Czar plums, Sugar, Water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pectin.
This jam is vegan and gluten free and contains no declarable allergens.
Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within one month.
