Elderflower and Lemon jelly

The zesty spring flavour of elderflower cordial, but in a jelly. We make this with lots of fresh elderflowers that have been steeped in rainwater for at least 24 hours and freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest to enhance the flavour.
Ingredients: Elderflower and Lemon mix, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon zest
This jelly is vegan, gluten free, and contains no declarable allergens.
Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within one month.
