An orange jam is made with Heron plums, a variety introduced by Rivers of Sawbridge in 1875 that is traditional to the Vale of Evesham. This plum has a mottled purple outside and a yellow flesh.
Ingredients: Sugar, Heron plums, Water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pectin.
This jam is vegan, gluten free and contains no declarable allergens.
Refrigerate when opened and use within a month.
