If you like a ginger kick in your food, this Rhubarb Lemon & Ginger jam is with a try. It’s made from Timperley Early, a traditional variety of rhubarb that is widely grown in sheds in Northern England. We don’t force our rhubarb, so the first crop occurs in the spring, with later picking into the summer.

Ingredients: Sugar, Timperley Early rhubarb , Water, Grated ginger root, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Lemon zest, Pectin

The jam is vegan, gluten free, and contains no declarable allergens.

Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 1 month.
