This jam is made from Pershore Yellow Egg plums, a mainstay of the Evesham jam and canning factories.

The first ever yellow egg plum tree was discovered in Tyddersley Wood near Pershore in the 1800's. It came from a chance seedling, and was propagated by digging up a sucker and growing it on. We use Yellow Egg plum to make jam, but you can occasionally buy fresh plums.

Ingredients: Sugar, Yellow Egg Plums, Water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pectin.

This jam is vegan and gluten free and contains no declarable allergens

Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within 1 month.
