Prolific plum jam

Prolific plums are the first plums to ripen every year, normally in July. These originate from Hertfordshire and were developed in 1820 by Rivers of Sawbridge. The fruits are small and purple with a free stone.

Ingredients: Sugar, Early prolific plums, water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pectin.

This jam is vegan, gluten free, and contains no declarable allergens

Refrigerate when opened and use within a month.
