A yellow jam is made from AllGold raspberries. The flavour is sweet, but slightly tangy compared to red raspberries. AllGold is an autumn fruiting variety that fruits until the first frosts of the year.
Ingredients: Sugar, Yellow raspberries, Water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pectin.
