Strawberry Jam

A strawberry jam made from a mix of locally grown strawberries and our own red and white strawberries. We combine the strawberries with a sprinkle of black pepper, which sounds ridiculous, but adds an extra zing to the flavour.
Ingredients: Sugar, Strawberries, Water, Fresh squeezed lemon juice, Pectin, Black pepper.
This jam is vegan, gluten free, and contains no declarable allergens
Refrigerate when open and eat within a month.
